All sales and subscriptions are final, and although you may cancel your subscription at any time, any cancellations will apply to the next month from the most previous billing date, i.e., if you pay on January 1st, and then cancel on january 21st, you will NOT be billed the following month, or February, but your subscription and access to the software will remain active until the last day of your current billing cycle, in this example, on Feb, , 1st, billing and usage for the current month will remain intact and no refunds will be issued mid period for any reason.
If for any reason we are not able to complete your order, we will issue a refund accordingly.
We review and issue refunds for eligible products within 7-14 days of the original purchase of the product, IF, and only if the software is non functional or does not work.
